Built on a simple belief
RUBA Real Estate was founded in London in 2009 on a straightforward belief: that property advice should be honest, personal, and genuinely in the client's interest. From a single office, we built a reputation for handling each instruction with the care of a family adviser and the rigour of an institutional one — and for telling clients the truth, even when it cost us a quick transaction.
Those standards travelled well. As the Kingdom opened, modernised and set out its Vision 2030 ambitions, we saw a market moving faster than the advice available to it. Clients wanted a firm that combined genuine local knowledge with international rigour. Making Jeddah our home was the natural next step — and today the Kingdom is where our business lives.
